Ph.D. Germán D. Mendoza Martínez


Since February 2016, Dr. German Mendoza assumes the Coordination of the Program. He is a Veterinarian from the Autonomous Metropolitan University with a Master degree in Ruminant Nutrition by the Colegio de Postgraduados in Mexico (1985), and obtained his Ph.D. in Ruminant Nutrition at the University of Nebraska in Lincoln (1991), and performed a post-doctoral training in wildlife nutrition in the New Mexico State University (1998).

He is a member of the Mexican Academy of Sciences and the Mexican Academy of Veterinary Medicine and also belongs to the National Research System at the highest level. Since 1985 has been working with graduate students in teaching and research.
