Evaluation Commission


Integration

It is formed by six members: the Director of the Biological and Health Sciences Division of the Xochimilco Campus (CBS, Xochimilco), the Head of the Department of Agricultural and Animal Production, a professor from the Biological and Health Sciences Division and an external academic, both of the latter, named by the Divisional Council of CBS Xochimilco These two latter members shall have the title of doctor and shall have wide experience in research, all the members shall remain on the Commission for a minimum period of three years. The Co-ordinator of the Doctorate in Agricultural Sciences, who has the right to speak but not to vote and a student registered in the Doctorate, named by the Director of the Biological and Health Sciences Division, taking into account the opinion of the postgraduate students, who shall remain on the Commision for one year with the possibility of re-election for an additional year.

Functions

a) To develop proposals for the supervision and the evaluation of the Doctorate in Agricultural Sciences.
b) Be acquainted with the reports of the Academic Commission of the Doctorate in Agricultural Sciences.
c) Evaluate the functioning and the social and academic impact of the Doctorate in Agricultural Sciences.
d) Propose measures to favour the adequate functioning of the Doctorate in Agricultural Sciences.
e) Present an annual report of the activities of the Divisional Council of the CBS, Xochimilco.
